JTBグループは、すべてのステークホルダーの皆さまの人権を尊重し、公正で持続可能な社会の実現を目指しています。
この「社外ステークホルダーホットライン」は、お客様、取引先、地域社会などJTBグループと関わりのあるすべての方々が、人権に関する懸念やご相談、ご通報を安心してお寄せいただける外部向けの窓口です。
いただいたご相談やご通報は、速やかに調査の上、公正に対応し、問題の解決を図り、必要に応じて適切な救済措置を講じます。
JTBグループは、国連「ビジネスと人権に関する指導原則」に基づき、すべてのステークホルダーの声に真摯に耳を傾け、持続的な改善に努めてまいります。

JTB Group respects the human rights of all stakeholders and aims to realize a fair and sustainable society. This "External Stakeholder Hotline" serves as an external contact channel for all individuals associated with the JTB Group, including customers, business partners, and local communities, to safely express concerns, seek consultation, or report human rights-related issues.
We will promptly investigate and address all consultations or reports fairly, aiming to resolve the issues and, when necessary, implementing appropriate remedial measures.
Guided by the United Nations "Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights," JTB Group is committed to sincerely listening to all stakeholder voices and continuously striving for improvement.

Depending on the nature of the report, it may take some time to provide a response, or we may need to contact you. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
･Business hours: 9:30-17:30 Japan Time (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and other company holidays).
･The privacy of those contacting us will be strictly protected, and no disadvantageous treatment will occur under any circumstances.
･In principle, we request consultations and reports be submitted using your real name. Anonymous communications will also be accepted, but please be aware that there are limitations to investigating the facts in such cases.
･Inquiries can be made in Japanese or English.
