Payment : Acceptable payment terms are cash, credit card, or QR code payment at the pickup location.
Cash on delivery (COD) for individuals is not accepted.

The period from March 16, 2023 to April 5, 2023 is the most demanding time of the year.
Therefore, in order to maintain the quality of our service, we have decided to limit the number
of items (pieces) we can work on the same day at the same address to 4.
If you apply for more than 5 items (pieces), we may not be able to accept your request even
outside of the above period, or we may ask you to change the work content.
Also, due to the busy season, pickup and delivery service hours will be limited to 8:00a.m.
to 6:00p.m. only.
We will contact you by phone by 10:00 a.m. on the day of pickup or delivery to let you know
the time in two-hour increments. However, please note that there may be a slight delay
due to the busy season.
We apologize for any inconvenience and ask for your understanding and cooperation.
