確定拠出年金からの脱退一時金の請求について
Requesting an Early Lump-sum Payment from a defined contribution pension plan (DC plan)
確定拠出年金制度は、原則60歳まで資産を引き出すことはできませんが、法律で定められた要件を満たす場合は脱退一時金を請求することができます。
下記にて該当する項目を選んでいただくと、脱退要件を満たしているか確認でき、要件を満たしている場合は手続きに必要な書類をダウンロードできます。
なお、お体等に不自由があり一定の障害認定を受けられている場合は、脱退一時金ではなく障害給付金でのお受取となります。
In principle, under a DC plan, early withdrawal of assets is not allowed until the age of 60; however, if you meet the requirements stipulated by law, you can claim an early lump-sum payment.

日本国籍を有しない海外居住者
Overseas residents who do not have Japanese nationality. ◆必須 Required
国民年金保険料が免除されている方*1

*1 国民年金保険料の全額または一部の納付が免除されている方（学生納付特例または納付猶予を受けている方を含む）
Those who are exempt from paying national pension premiums entirely or partially (including those who have been granted special payment system for students or contribution postponement system for low income persons).
掛金の通算拠出期間*2が1ヶ月以上5年以下
Total contribution period*2 is not less than one month and not more than five years. ◆必須 Required

*3 資産額: アンサーネット（資産状況メニューの「持ち運べる資産」）で確認できます。自動移換された方の資産額については、国民年金基金連合会から定期的に送付される「確定拠出年金に関する重要なお知らせ」で確認できます。
Your individual asset amount can be confirmed on the AnswerNet (Asset Information tab - ”Vested Balance” ). The asset amount of those who have automatic rollover can be confirmed in the "Important Notice Concerning Defined Contribution Plan" (in Japanses) sent periodically by the National Pension Fund Association.

You do not meet the requirements for early withdrawal.
Under a DC plan, in case a participant aged below 60 retires from the company (due to a job change, post-retirement procedure, etc.) and loses participant eligibility, you can roll over your accumulated asset to the corporate-type DC plan offered by the new plan sponsor, an iDeCo or other plans and continue to invest this asset so that you can receive benefits in the future.
You can roll over your assets to iDeCo offered by SJDC.

You do not meet the requirements for early withdrawal.
Under a DC plan, you will receive your accumulated assets after the age of 60 (excluding severe disability and death).
If there is any change in the registered information while enrolled in iDeCo, please submit the procedure documents (form specified by the National Pension Fund Association).
